We want to ensure that you are satisfied and ready to ride with your purchase.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to submit your return request.
Once completed you will receive instructions of how to send back your items back to us.
You can exchange or refund full priced items within 90 days of you receiving your order. SALE items can be exchanged, but not refunded.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and for arranging the return shipping for refunds or exchanges.
Refunds or exchanges can only be issued if the item is returned in a saleable condition, ie: is unused, unworn, undamaged.
Refunds apply to full-priced items only and does not include discounted items or items included in promotions.
Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges.
We recommend that you ship with a tracking number, to be able to follow the shipment - Piston Cycling cannot be responsible for items delayed or lost in transit. Please keep your tracking number.
In the case that you have received a faulty item not fit for use, you will be fully refunded, including the postage costs. Or you may request a replacement item. Piston Cycling will inspect the goods to determine the cause. Please note that faulty goods do not apply to items that have been damaged due to a crash or general use, wear and tear. Nor will items be considered faulty if the care instructions have not been followed. We will refund your reasonable postage costs incurred from returning an item if we determine the product is faulty.

When it comes to cycling, confidence and peace of mind are of the utmost importance.
All Pistón Wheels have a 2 Year Limited Warranty period from the date of purchase.
During the Warranty Period, as noted below, all Pistón assembled wheels and their accessories will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.
Our responsibility for defective goods is limited to repair or replacement as described below in this warranty statement.
This warranty only to the consumer who originally purchased the product (“you”). It does not extend to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the product.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?
This warranty does not cover any damage due to:
(c) improper use outside riding guidelines;
(d) installation of components, parts or accessories not originally intended for use or compatible
(e) failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventative maintenance;
(f) product modifications;
(g) unauthorised repair;
(h) normal wear and tear;
(i) Pistón products purchased from unauthorised dealers
(j) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
